Aside from the agent giving me the run around and being unable to look into why my premium coverage changed I was also told that I needed to provide proof that my husband and I didn't put the object in the road ourselves before hitting it with our vehicle. Like come on, really!? I want to work with caring and considerate people after an accident, someone that realizes safety is priority. Not someone who is going to nickle and dime me for something that wasn't my fault and try to pin the blame on me."

"I left my 28 year provider to go to Tood because of the reviews. It took less then a year to realize I made a mistake. HUGE MISTAKE ‼️ 2 different agents in less then a year. When I was rear-ended in an accident I requested help with decision making. They could not answer a single question, like they were ignorant of the whole process. I requested to speak with Todd. Two days later I get a message stating that they helped all they could. It was a very snotty and arrogant call. At that point I knew it was time for a change again.
